Issue 3 - March 2006

Editors speak...

The third issue of e-Pulse is online now. It has come out a bit late due to technical difficulties and lack of articles. We hope that it would be more regular from next issue. This issue mainly is about the cult activities and small arms violence in Nigeria.

We have included in this the Nobel Lecture delivered by Mohammad El Baradei while receiving Nobel Peace Prize 2005. Besides, we have summed up the news in the past and the activities pipelined for the future.

The next issue will be South Asia Issue focusing on the south Asian perspectives to peace works and disarmament.

We hope that you will enjoy reading this issue and will contribute to publish next issue themed "the South Asian Perspectives to Peace".

Signing off,
