- Organize a flight, a visa and accomodations with the local hosts
Eligibility Any medical student associated in some way with IPPNW is eligible to participate. Criteria for Selection The MedEx team will review your application and decide on your placement based on the following: - Your reasons for pursuing a MedEx exchange
- What you hope to gain from the experience
- Your personal involvement with IPPNW
- Your ability to contribute to MedEx and IPPNW
- In some cases, your clinical experience may play a role as well
FundingPlease note that central funding is not generally available at this time to subsidize exchanges. Students are expected to cover the expenses of their exchange. If this is not possible, the local hosts, national affiliates, or even the international MedEx team may try to help in raising funds in order to enable every student to pursue an exchange.
